Asset License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any DevForge asset (“Asset”), you agree to the following:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Asset in Roblox games. You may modify it for your own project.

2. Allowed Use

You may use the Asset in personal or commercial Roblox games and modify it for your own development.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, upload to Roblox Toolbox, leak files, or claim the Asset as your own.

4. Discord Delivery

Assets are delivered via Discord. You must provide proof of purchase. Sharing files or links is not allowed.

5. Team License

One purchase applies to one team and one project only. Assets cannot be reused across multiple teams or shared externally.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Chargebacks will result in permanent bans and license termination.

7. Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of DevForge. You are purchasing usage rights only, not ownership.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in revoked access, blacklisting, and reporting to Roblox or Discord.

9. No Warranty

Assets are provided “as is.” DevForge is not responsible for any issues or damages.

10. Agreement

By using any Asset, you automatically agree to all terms listed above.
